As the CEO of FLUIDS, Kaushik is responsible for running all facets of the business. Kaushik has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving project success in the technology industry. Prior to joining FLUIDS, Kaushik has served several top of the line IT companies in the domain of product management and project management. Kaushik was an integral part of several IT product launches, innovation projects and worked on patented technologies. Beside FLUIDS, Kaushik is also acting as a Managing Partner of KONNEKT ASIA, a Japanese Multinational offering Global Strategic Consulting and manage overall operations for the Japan, UAE, Ukraine, Kenya and Nepal market. Kaushik has served GOOGLE Business Group in India and worked as an external consultant to many IT projects and University projects. Kaushik is a Certified Project Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt and the IBM Certified Design Thinker. Kaushik is a member of PMI, IIBA, BCS-UK, IET-UK, IEEE and the life member of Calcutta Management Association.

Gautam has a 36 years of experience in Strategy/IT/ Telecom/ Defence with a background of B.Tech in Electronics & Elect Comm from IIT Kgp & M.Tech in Electrical Engg from IIT Chennai. Gautam is presently Mentoring and Consulting in Low/ No Code Tools, IT, Telecom, Health and Defence. He has served as a CIO and CXO positions for DRDO, HFCL, Reliance InfoComm, Bharti Airtel, CapGemini, Tech Mahindra and Wipro. For Capgemini India, he had set up an independent Offshore Development Centre, and contributed significantly to bag major Telecom rightshore deals such as France Telecom (Orange), SFR (Vodafone), Telstra, British Telecom. He has participated and represented in Government-Industry Policy making entities. He worked and contributed significantly in Mission Critical Technology and Solutions in IGMDP and MBT-Arjun Program in DRDO. He was in the Executive Committee of Bharti Airtel and was responsible for managing Technology partners for the company.
